Introducing Branded Screening
By Mayur Macwan ·
Today we’re launching Branded Screening: every RoundOne screening now carries your logo, colours and company story, from the first invite to the final voice screen.
Candidates don’t drop out of screening. They drop out of strangers. An invite from a platform they’ve never heard of, on a page with no logo they recognise, looks less like an opportunity and more like a scam. So they close the tab, and your best applicant never gets heard.
The numbers back this up. 38% of job seekers have walked away from a hiring process because it included an AI interview (Greenhouse, 2026 Candidate AI Interview Report). And 1 in 2 candidates don’t trust that the jobs they’re applying for are real (Gartner, 1Q25 candidate survey). The further hiring moves from a human, the more your brand needs to be in it.
What is Branded Screening?
Branded Screening turns every RoundOne screening into an experience that looks, reads and feels like your company. Paste your website, and RoundOne drafts your brand profile for you to check: logo, colours, fonts, company story and candidate FAQs.
Once published, that brand follows the candidate through every step:
- Your careers page and job posts, with your logo and colours
- A company page with your mission, culture, benefits and employee videos
- The apply chat, where candidates upload a CV and answer must-have questions
- The AI voice screen, which happens on your page, not a vendor’s
Nothing changes in your workflow. Branded Screening sits on top of the ATS you already use, and shortlists still land with your recruiters.
Set up your brand in under a minute
No brand team, no developer, no design files. Here’s how it works from the recruiter’s side.
1. Paste your website
Go to Employer Brand and choose Create from your website. Add your company name and website (and your careers page, if it lives somewhere else). RoundOne reads your public pages and drafts the profile for you to review. Nothing is published until you approve it.

The import runs in the background. RoundOne finds your pages, reads them, then drafts your sections and FAQs. You can leave the page and carry on with your day.

2. Review what AI drafted
Every section and FAQ the AI drafts is marked as a suggestion. Approve, edit or hide each one. Approved FAQs become the “Ask anything” questions candidates see before their screen, and you can add your own.

3. Fine-tune your theme
The Theme tab pulls in your colours, fonts and logos, with a live preview of the candidate page as you edit. Upload separate logos for light and dark backgrounds, plus a favicon.

Built-in accessibility checks test every colour pair against WCAG contrast. If a combination falls short, RoundOne suggests a compliant alternative, so pages always render at AA contrast.

4. Publish and pick per role
Hit Publish, then attach the brand profile to any screening agent. Set one as your default, or choose a different brand for each role. Screens already in progress keep the version they started with.

What candidates see: one brand, first click to final answer
Candidates never land somewhere unfamiliar. Here’s the same journey from their side.
They land on your careers page
Your logo, your colours, your open roles. Publish it as a hosted careers page or embed it on your own site.

They get to know you
Every screening comes with a company page candidates can read before they talk: at-a-glance facts, why people join, life at the company, and answers to common questions. Better-informed candidates give better answers.

They can always reach a human
Not everyone wants to talk to AI, and they don’t have to. A “Prefer to talk to a person?” link sits on every page, so candidates can message a recruiter instead. Recruiters can switch this off for any screening where everyone should go through the voice screen.

They apply in your chat
Candidates upload their CV, confirm their details and answer must-have questions in a guided chat that carries your brand. It takes about two minutes.

They know exactly what to expect
Before the voice screen starts, candidates see a short checklist and a plain-language promise: no hidden data, they always know when AI is involved, and the hiring team reviews everything.

They talk to your screener
The AI voice screen happens on your branded page. Your recruiters get the shortlist and make every decision.

Who it’s for
One feature, three ways it pays off.
- In-house teams: every screen feels like it came from you, not a vendor. Your candidate experience stays on-brand, even at volume.
- Agencies: create a brand per client and pick one for each role. Candidates see the employer they applied to, while your recruiters keep one workspace and one shortlist view.
- Scaling teams: look like the employer you’re becoming. Get a branded screening page in minutes, and make sure every applicant gets heard, even when the team is small.
