Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools
Drive RoundOne from the AI assistant you already use, through its MCP connector.
RoundOne exposes a Model Context Protocol connector. Once connected, your AI assistant can build a screening agent from a job description, add candidates by CV, read candidate reports, list pipelines, record fit decisions and notes, and send voice screen invites, all inside your RoundOne account.
You sign in with your normal RoundOne login. The assistant only sees your organisation's data, and every action it takes is recorded as you.

What you can ask
- Draft a screening agent for this job description → shows the requirements table for you to adjust before anything is created.
- Add these three CVs to the Care Assistant agent → screens them and returns score, tier, strengths and gaps.
- Who are the top five candidates for the SDR role?
- Mark Priya as a good fit and add a note that she is available from March.
- Invite the shortlisted candidates to a voice screen → the assistant confirms with you first, since it emails candidates and uses credits.
Two-step agent creation
Creating an agent always happens in two steps: the assistant drafts and shows the requirements, you confirm or adjust, then it creates the agent. It cannot skip the review.
Disconnecting
Remove the connector in your AI client's settings. Access tokens expire on their own within the hour and are not renewed once the connector is removed.
